A leap off the Fiscal Curb

A leap off the Fiscal Curb

Hello, and welcome to Real Estate Reality Radio. The most important hour of radio every Friday from 9 to 10 on WBCB 1490 am. Thank you for joining Vince and me. For those of you who are not familiar with the show I am the guy with a bow tie and a bit of an attitude and Vince is the fun affable best friend. Our show is dedicated to dispelling the myths associated with Real Estate and finance in your marketplace.

Within every market there are obstacles and solutions on the path to tremendous opportunities. Vince and I believe that most people are looking for practical advice. Please feel free to call 215-740-8999 or visit peterbuchsbaum.com.

Please join us live on the web at www.wbcb1490.com from 9:00am to 10:00 am every Friday.

So last week we were we ran an old show so that we could close out the year with multiple settlements. In the shadow of what many say was the worst real estate market in 80 plus years Vince and I increased our number of units 80% from 2011. Thank you to everyone that helped us reach this enormous goal. In the shadow of the Fiscal Cliff there was very little new real estate news. Home owners are suing banks. You read that correctly. Homeowner associations are actually suing the banks that foreclosed on properties but failed to make the condominiums payments. Banks are fined $10 million above the $26 billion settlement. It’s a start. Next maybe some of these people need to do a little jail time for what they did to the industry. And finally the Fiscal Cliff. A missed opportunity for sure as we actually jumped (but the Government was closed) and no one actually hit bottom. C’mon man! That was like a bungee jump of a curb. What a group of terribly dysfunctional idiots. While they were arguing over if we should increase the tax on an estate over $5 million dollars my pay check was cut. We will be right back at it in two months while we continue the dysfunction over raising the “debt ceiling”.

Today Vince and I are on our own celebrating the end of one year and the beginning of another. As we sit here we find we didn’t need our capes after all as we ostensibly bungee jumped off a curb. What a joke. I can cure the entire deficit issue in a heartbeat. Withhold the income of everyone in Washington DC for their inability to do the job they were hired to do. Cancel their medical insurance and let’s see how they like COBRA.

Please join us live at www.wbcb1490.com for the open discussion about the silly rules in mortgages and the dysfunction in our elected officials.

In combination with CBS and WPHT 1210 am we have also been fortunate enough to have been asked to write some articles in “Local Living Magazine” to explore some of the questions you all ask us and the answers we provide. Look for your latest issue this month. For a FREE copy please email us.
