So last week I was on my own without Vince in an open forum.
The Real Estate News this week was the first negative in many months. Home Sales Slip in March. So to be positive today we need to read between the lines. According to the National Association of Realtors the sale of Existing homes fell from February levels .6% in March. However that 492,000 units was 10.3% higher than last year. The real bright spot to me was that “distressed” properties again fell from last month and from last year. This bodes well as we move further along this year.
Today Vince and I are joined by Paul Stewart of Legal Helm LLC. Paul wears many hats but for today he is the managing director of a legal services firm concentrating on consumer financial rights.
