Last week we were on our own discussing the failure on the banks part to maintain the homes in your neighborhood. .
This week’s news was again consumed with the missing plane and the events unfolding in the Ukraine. Throw in a little basketball and real estate and finance are at the bottom of the information totem pole. However there was an interesting article about the trend of people considering their mortgage payment a priority over their credit cards. This was not the case during the early stages of the recession. Credit cards were a first priority as they are a necessity if you have lost a job. I thought the article was well timed for today’s guest.
Today Eddie and I are joined by Talbot Beck from Credit RX. Talbot recognized the problem of inefficient and unethical credit repair companies. As a founder and the Executive Director of Credit Rx, LLC, he has developed a way to efficiently address this unmet market need.
Born and raised in Wilmington, Talbot made his way to the Delaware Valley to attend Villanova University School of Law. After passing the Pennsylvania Bar in 2011, he and his associates formed Credit Rx to provide credit counseling and repair to those in need. While the primary focus is the greater Philadelphia region, Credit Rx is poised to help clients on a national basis.
Simply put, if your credit scores are keeping you from attaining the loan you need at the rate you want, whether it’s a residential mortgage or a car loan, give Talbot and Credit Rx a call.”
Please join us live at www.wbcb1490.com for the open discussion about the opportunities that are available to many who may not know they are there. You cannot get the answer to a question you have never asked. We are here to help answer the questions.
Each week we discuss the myths of the mortgage market. It is not about rate. A higher rate with no mortgage insurance may provide a lower payment.
