FHA makes “Disputes” Harder. Today Vince and I are thrilled to be joined by one of my closest friends and the man for whom I believe the term Esquire was created. Please welcome Ralph Friedman Esquire. For those who are not aware Esquire means “gentleman”. The best way to describe Ralph. To add to the list Ralph is a 2nd generation attorney succeeding his father Albert H. Friedman. Mr. Friedman is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court for the third circuit and the United States Tax Court.
In the areas of banking and real estate lending, Mr. Friedman served for 22 years on the Board of Directors of a savings bank, was its Board Chairman and Chief General Counsel. That experience is invaluable in understanding not only the legal problems associated with secured lending, but regulatory business problems as well.
